The Curriculum
In key stage one, we teach using two year cycle of topics. These are listed below.
Literacy, Numeracy, P.E. and R.E. are taught, using the national Guidelines, as discrete subjects. Some areas of Geography, History and ICT are also taught outside of the topics.
We regularly revise and update the curriculum.
The school year 2008/9 will be following the Curriculum information list 1 of topics.
The curriculum is supported by visitors into school, trips and special days in school.
