Opening times

Term time:    

8.00am-8.45am

3.00pm-5.30pm

Holidays & half term

8.00am-5.30pm     

 

Arrival and collection

All children must be registered on arrivaland signed out on collection; all childrenmust be collected by a parent or guardian (your family membership number will be known only to youfor the safety of your children). PLEASE NOTE that a charge will be levied for any late collection.

Term time

Children should be delivered directly to the Club mobile from 8.00am.

Reception children will be collected from their classroom by 3.10pm.

All other children should walk directly to the Club mobile.

Holidays

Children should be delivered directly to the Club mobile and signed in from 8.00am.


 

 

 

Sickness/absence

The co-ordinator must be informed as soon as possible of any unexpected absence arising from illness or accident, the relevant rate will still apply.

Insurance and accidents

The Club is fully insured and is registered with Ofsted.

All members of staff have current first aid certificates.

As a member of the Kids' Club National network, we are here to provide reliable, happy, safe and stimulating care for children before and after school hours and during the school holidays.

An independant committee manages the Club, with day to day management in the hands of a qualified co-ordinator and her staff. we are based in a mobile and have full use of the school's grounds and facilities.

Staffing

The club can cater for up to 60 children with a ratio of 1:8. All our staff are fully qualified and have considerable experience of working with children.

Activities

All our activities are child centred and we strive to develop a fun filled, stimulating environment with a homely atmosphere. Our holiday programme includes a broad range of music, craft, play and sports activities, including swimming. Regular special events are also arranged.

Refreshments

During term time and holidays we will provide each child with a snack morning and afternoon. During the holidays children staying all day will be required to bring a packed lunch.

 

Membership

There is an annual family Membership Fee of £5.00

Fees

Fees are payable monthly, upon receipt of a bill form Kids' Club. failure tp pay fees may result in termination of membership.

Term time

8.00am - 8.45am £1.40

3.10pm - 5.00pm £3.95

3.10pm - 5.30pm £4.95

Holidays and half term

8.00am - 5.30pm £15.90

Hourly rate is £1.90 per child, subject to a minimum of three hours
